Parchment Paper
- 2 packs Frankenstein Peeps Marshmallows 6 per pack
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix I used Duncan Hines but you can use whatever you find
- 2 large egg whites
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set them aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, egg whites, flour and vegetable oil. You want to mix it until everything is combined. After you've done this then fold in your chocolate chips.
Scoop the cookie dough onto your two baking sheets. You can scoop them with a cookie scoop or a large spoon. The cookies should be 1-1.5 inch in diameter. Make sure that you place the cookies approximately 1 inch apart on the baking sheet.
Place your cookies in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. You want them to still be slightly soft when they come out of the oven.
Once they've baked, remove the cookies from the oven. Immediately press one Frankenstein Peep into each cookie. Let the cookies sit and cool after this is done.
Once the cookies have cooled, serve them on a festive Halloween tray or plate and enjoy!
